A binding contract exists between the Company (“SourceRabbit”) and You (“The Customer") and only after:
Shipment of paid items normally takes place 2 to 15 working days after arrival of payment. Cheques and Bank Transfers (Money Orders) will have to clear before shipping takes place.
Packages are insured against loss or damage only when the TNT-Fedex shipping option is chosen and paid for.
In the very rare event of damage, SourceRabbit may choose to replace the damaged items with new ones or send spare parts to the customer. In case the damage is great and the damaged product can not be repaired by the customer then the customer should send the damaged product to SourceRabbit for repair. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by You. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the very rare event of loss, You are entitled to full refund by the Shipping Company, provided, that the Shipping Company cannot produce a signed receipt of proper delivery by You or a resident of the address to which package has been sent. SourceRabbit will handle the whole refund procedure, which can only be started 45 (fourty-five) days after item dispatch. As soon as a refund takes place, the full amount of which, will be immediately sent to customer by SourceRabbit.
All orders paid using PayPal will be shipped to the address listed on the PayPal account from which the payment was made. PayPal transaction fees are not refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
All products stated as new are unused. Descriptions and pictures are as a rule the ones provided for selling purposes. If you have questions about a product do not hesitate to contact us.
Credit and Debit card details remain with the bank for all online payments. SourceRabbit doesn't accept offline credit or debit card payments.
When paying by credit or debit card, neither SourceRabbit personnel nor the web hosts or internet providers have access to credit/debit card details. The whole transaction is taken care by the bank thereafter, under bank-standard high security information exchange.
In the rare event that SourceRabbit erroneously runs out of stock of an item, after having accepted an order for this item, or if a BackOrder item turns out to be unavailable at source, buyer will be given the choice of full refund, or of ordering a different item. Refund will take place by refund in buyers credit card or in his/her paypal account.
In case you want to cancel your order, before we send it, you should know that PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Bank fees are not refundable.
